Who We Are
Jimmy Oriol - President & Founder
Jimmy Oriol is a seasoned executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, boasting over twenty years of experience in the supply of building materials, construction management, sales, and consulting. He is recognized for his ability to forge relationships, spearhead and guide organizations, implement change management, develop strategic plans, oversee projects, and drive sales growth.
Passionate about mentoring, Jimmy is dedicated to enhancing interpersonal skills, cultivating growth mindsets, building high-performing teams, and sharing the GiANT tools framework.
He earned a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Alabama and a Master's in Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans.
Among all of Jimmy's passions, his family is his greatest joy—his wife Kerry, and his two sons, Aubrey and Cooper. Together, they share a love for the outdoors, spending time paddleboarding, camping, fishing, hiking, or simply enjoying the beauty of a sunrise or sunset from their home along the shores of Sarasota, Florida.
